Less less than lethal?
Are "stun guns" killing people? The anecdotal evidence may seem to indicate that less than lethal weapons may be less "less" and more "lethal". Perhaps the companies that manufacture these devices don’t test them on drug-addled, overweight, out of shape runners. In videos I’ve seen, it’s always a buff policeman or similar type standing around waiting for the shock to come. It’s probably a great product for stopping sober, in-shape men who are standing still and mentally prepared for what’s coming. Your average druggie — not so much.
