It's nice to know that if we cannot hold our (drug addicted, performance-enhancing, gun toting, foul mouthed, mean and adulterous) sport heroes as role-models, we can always look to the wholesomeness of our elected officials. Oh, wait. Nevermind.

It's a balanced budget finally.

If this was being perpetrated by an llinois business, the legislators would have passed laws to put someone in jail already  -- three times over. Thank god our leaders are looking out for our best interests.
